Mahon Point is embarking on a new and exciting phase, inspired by the 15-minute city concept

Mahon Point 2.0 is an attractive mixed-use and future-proofed development to welcome a sustainable future for Mahon and the Cork region.

The proposed demand-led development, which now has final planning permission from Cork City Council, has been designed to have a sensitive and positive impact on the local area, with improved access to public transport now and into the future, improved cycle and pedestrian ways, and new civic spaces and amenities for the community to enjoy.

Included in the proposed development will be 251 apartments, a crèche facility, landscaped public spaces for all the community to enjoy, an office block and new retail units.

Mahon Point 2.0 will be developed on a phased basis to lessen disruption to existing tenants and shoppers, as well as local communities and businesses.
